Rev. Dr. Emery Ailes is a distinguished and deeply committed spiritual leader, currently serving as the Pastor of Pristine Spring Hill Baptist Church for the past decade. He is the founder and president of LIFELINE University in the vibrant community of Spring Hill, Florida. Originally hailing from the dynamic NYC tri-state area, Rev. Dr. Ailes has brought a unique blend of cultural richness and spiritual depth to his pastoral role.
With a ministerial career spanning over 17+ years, Rev. Dr. Ailes has dedicated his life to fostering spiritual growth, faith education, and mental wellness. His extensive academic pursuits reflect his unwavering commitment to excellence in ministry. Possessing a doctorate in ministry and on the verge of completing a doctorate in education, with a specialization expected in 2025, he consistently seeks to expand his knowledge and skills to better serve his community.
One of Rev. Dr. Ailes’ defining passions lies in the intersection of faith, education, and mental wellness for the pursuit of social justice. He believes in the transformative power of education and spiritual guidance in creating positive change within individuals and communities. Through Pristine Church, Rev. Dr. Ailes actively engages in initiatives that bridge these elements to address social justice issues, advocating for compassion, understanding, and equality.

In addition to being a devoted spiritual leader, Rev. Dr. Ailes is a loving husband to Rev. Regina Ailes. Together, they share a journey of faith, partnership, and service. Their union has been blessed with four children and five grandchildren, creating a legacy of love, faith, and familial bonds.
Rev. Dr. Emery Ailes stands as a beacon of inspiration, weaving together the threads of faith, education, and mental wellness to illuminate the path toward social justice. His visionary leadership and compassionate spirit continue to make a lasting impact on the lives of those he serves, both within the church and in the broader community.
Emery embarked upon his academic aspirations at the City University of New York – Herbert H. Lehman College where he received his Bachelor of Economics degree. He received his Master of Divinity (M.Div.), Bible & Theology from Alliance Theological Seminary at Nyack College. In addition, he received his Doctor of Ministry, Worship Spirituality and Preaching (concentration Behavioral Modification) from Drew University. Dr. Ailes is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated.
