Position: Volunteer Honorary Doctorate Degree Program Divine Nine Partnership Program Committee
Job Summary: This is a remote volunteer role on the Honorary Doctorate Degree Program Divine Nine Partnership Committee. Provide active support in the growth of the West Coast Bible College & Seminary Honorary Doctorate Degree Program through partnerships. The partnership program includes the Honorary Doctorate Degree in Ministry and Honorary Doctorate Degree in Humane Letters. The program’s goal is to honor distinguished people throughout the United States in the following categories who have dedicated their lives to the advancement of our community:
- Pastors/Ministers
- Nonprofit & Community Services Leaders
- Business Owners & Professionals
- Teachers, Professors & Coaches
Qualifications
- Education: Master or Doctorate Degree (preferred)
- Experience: An active member of one of the divine nine fraternities or sororities
- Motivated with a can-do attitude
- Active in the community
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold integrity of the process
Responsibilities:
- Assist in establishing partnerships between West Coast Bible College & Seminary Honorary Doctorate Degree Program and fraternities and sororities
- Contact fraternity and sorority members within your network as needed, that can lead to establishing successful partnerships.
- Identify and nominate qualified people for an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Ministry and Humane Letters
- Attend the monthly zoom committee meetings.
- Promote the Honorary Doctorate Degree Program on your social media platforms. (preferred)
- Promote the Honorary Doctorate Degree Program with your network. (preferred)
Meeting Days: 2nd Mondays
Meeting Time: 11am – 12noon CST
