This committee plays a pivotal role in recognizing outstanding individuals who have made significant contributions to faith-based organizations, and business and community empowerment.
Dr. Carjamin (Carjie) Scott is the Founder, President, and CEO of The Education Equalizer Foundation. With over a decade and a half of higher education executive leadership experience, Dr. Scott has not only managed institutional strategy, but she has also developed and mentored other higher education leaders while championing initiatives to streamline processes, automate admissions decisions, and incorporate cutting-edge technology to attract and retain top students at trade schools, traditional universities, and historically Black colleges.
Her visionary leadership has consistently exceeded recruitment expectations, resulting in record-breaking enrollments. Dr. Scott’s tireless efforts reflect a deep dedication to empowering students and advocating for equal access to education.

Carjamin Scott received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English for Corporate Communication and Management from Christian Brothers University. She earned her Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University. She received her Doctor of Education in Learning Organizations and Strategic Change from Lipscomb University.
