HIST 301 – CHURCH HISTORY

3 Hour Course

Church history is a survey of the development of the Church from the close of the New Testament to this modern church. Special attention will be given to the issues faced by church leaders during this time span, how they dealt with those problems, and how those issues in history form the basis for many of the same issues faced in the Church today. While the people and dates are significant, this course will delve into their responses to the challenges presented by their cultures primarily.
