Bishop Williams has been conferred an Honorary Doctorate from West Coast Bible College & Seminary (WCBCS). This distinguished accolade is set to be formally bestowed upon him at the ceremonial event scheduled for June 1, 2024, accommodating attendees in-person and online.

Bishop Williams holds Apostolic Succession (with Holy Orders) through the unbroken chain of consecration, he has been bestowed with the sacred authority and spiritual lineage traced back to the Apostles themselves. This lineage ensures the seamless transmission of divine grace and the authentic power to administer the sacraments and shepherd the faithful. As Bishop Ordinary for the Diocese of St. James the Just, located in the state of Florida, Bishop Williams has played a pivotal role in overseeing the spiritual affairs of his diocese. His guidance and pastoral care have been instrumental in fostering a thriving and inclusive faith community.

Furthermore, Bishop Williams has been assigned as the Bishop of International Ministries for the parachurch organization, Master’s Circle Christian Fellowship, Inc. (MCCFI). His essential objectives will be outreaching initiatives and to strengthen its impact both locally and abroad.

In addition to his diocesan and international responsibilities, Bishop Williams has been designated to oversee the Southeast District of the U.S.A. for MCCFI in 2024. This position will allow him to oversee the spiritual development and growth of member churches within the region.

Bishop Williams also holds the position of Senior Pastor at Life For All Christian Fellowship, Inc., where he diligently shepherds his congregation, providing guidance, inspiration, and support. His dynamic preaching style, coupled with his genuine care for individuals, has attracted a diverse and vibrant community of believers.

Throughout his career, Bishop Williams has demonstrated a profound commitment to social awareness, equality, and community outreach. Spent five (5) years in the U.S. Army which took him on assignments to four (4) continents. He received numerous military awards and decorations.  Spent sixteen (16) additional years as a Federal Contractor serving DOD, DHS, DOJ, and DOS. Trained in the disciplines of Leadership, Team Building, Problem Solving, and Integrity. Frederick’s ability to motivate and encourage people has helped to transform the lives of people from all walks of life.
